Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy

Applique has a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption. We are committed to acting professionally, fairly, and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships, wherever we operate.

Personnel and anyone acting on behalf of Applique must not, directly or indirectly:

• Offer, promise, give, request, agree to receive, or accept any bribe or improper financial or other advantage
• Make or accept facilitation payments of any kind
• Use third parties to make or receive payments that would be prohibited if made directly
• Make improper political or charitable contributions on behalf of Applique

Reasonable and proportionate business gifts and hospitality are permitted only where they are lawful, in good faith, not intended to influence a business decision, and properly recorded. Pre-approval thresholds apply.

Risk-based due diligence is conducted on counterparties, intermediaries, and service providers. Engagement terms include appropriate anti-corruption commitments.

Concerns about actual or suspected bribery or corruption must be reported through Applique's whistleblowing channel. Applique prohibits any form of retaliation against individuals who raise concerns in good faith.
